i just wanted to thank LCR for taking care of my Xcal3.

i picked it up last week and ended up with a defective unit.
Emerson called SCT and explained everything to them. i droped my car off at his place and he took care of it, he uploaded the stock tune and then re-tuned it. everything works perfect now..

yea, i guess SCT was doing some testing for new software during a 2 day period but the new tunes didn't work. i ended up with one of those tuners
